SHIPPING POLICY

Artlab shall not be liable for any delay/ non-delivery of purchased goods for reasons related to flood, fire, wars or any cause that is beyond the control of Artlab.

Delivery times are subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions, government instability, strikes etc.

We will not be liable for any loss or expenses sustained by you arising from any delay in the delivery of the products howsoever caused.

Shipping of orders is specific to the address and phone number provided.
Estimated Shipping Time
• We ship on all weekdays (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays. We usually dispatch orders within 3 working days. Delivery times vary based on selected destination.
• Regular courier ranges from 3 to 28 working days depending on the shipping address.
Shipping only within India
Sorry world, we are yet to ship retail orders outside India. However if you have bulk orders do get in touch with our support team at artlabgeek@gmail.com and we’ll figure out a way to make our products reach you.
RETURNS POLICY
We’re pretty stringent with our quality control, but occasionally something might slip through the cracks. If you notice creating/ workmanship errors on your newly purchased product, we will undertake to repair it for you. If repairs are not possible, a replacement will be provided. You can request for repairs/ replacement of your product within 5 days of receiving it.
Art pieces are made by hand or through semi manual tools and each piece has natural characteristics including scratches or marks, making each piece unique. Colour variations in prints cannot be considered creating and workmanship errors; in fact these prove that the artwork is authentic.
Please note that:

Artlab can repair/replace a product only if there are problems with framing, colour or markings.

Artlab cannot replace products damaged by neglect or mishandling, including exposure to moisture and stains.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, including all tags and dust bags, and it must be the same product that you purchased from our website.

If you have purchased an artlab product from another online or physical retail store, the returns policy for those purchases are subject to the terms and conditions of the store from which it was purchased.

Artlab assists with easy returns to make sure you're happy with your purchase. So if anything isn't as it should be get in touch and we'll sort out an exchange or refund straight away.
If you've made an error in purchasing, don't hesitate to ask our team for advice. The earlier we catch things, the more chance we have of reducing unnecessary shipping, which is kinder to the environment. ORDERS
Order Tracking
All orders can be tracked online. You can find your tracking number two ways:
Check the shipping confirmation email we sent you (this should arrive in your inbox within 48 hours of purchase). The email will contain a tracking link if there’s one available.
If that doesn’t work:
Email our support team at artlabgeek@gmail.com and quote your order number/customer reference number. We’ll help you with the rest.
What if my order doesn’t arrive?
If your order doesn’t arrive within the maximum estimated timeframe we’ll send out a replacement using express shipping. Simply email our support team at artlabgeek@gmail.com with your order details.
How do I cancel my order?
Contact artlabgeek@gmail.com within 24 hrs of placing your order. That way we should be able to catch any transaction settlement and shipping before it goes through. Anything after this window will be treated as a regular refund.
Can I add items to my order after I have hit the place order/confirmation button?
If you want to add an item to your order please email our support team at artlabgeek@gmail.com within 24hrs of your purchase and we’ll do what we can to adjust things.

Currently we do not offer Cash-on-Delivery (COD) as a payment option on domestic or international shipments.
